MMS Keynote: Sideloading and Deeplinking

I just watched a cool live demo at the MMS 2013 Keynote where relying on the integration of Windows Intune and ConfigMgr 2012 SP1 allowed

a user to select and deploy an in-house developed application from the company applicationn portal to a Windows Phone 8 device without having to go through the Windows Store (sideloading)
a user go to the company application portal from a Windows RT device (not joined to the domain) to install a Windows Store application that has been published in the company's portal (Deeplinking)
