Duplicate records when using Unknown Computer Support

Microsoft has provided a workaround to an issue where duplicate computer records are created when you use Unknown Computer Support in operating system deployments (OSD) and Active Directory Delta-Discovery.  This occurs when unknown computer support creates one record for the new computer being deployed, and Active Directory Delta-Discovery creates the other one.
